The invention discloses a light-absorbing and heat-generating polyamide ester hollow fiber and a preparation method thereof, which is prepared by melt spinning a blend of functional masterbatch and polyamide ester chips, wherein the mass ratio of the functional masterbatch to the polyamide ester chips is (7~15):(93~85).

The functional masterbatch consists of the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of nano powder; 1.5-4.5 parts of a dispersant; 0.4-0.6 parts of polyamide wax micro powder; 65-78 parts of polyamide powder; the nano powder is composed of nano carbon black and far infrared ceramic powder in a ratio of (2-10 parts):(90-98 parts).

The above components are fully mixed, then sent to a twin-screw extruder for melt granulation at a granulation temperature of 245-265℃.

The polyamide ester fiber produced by the invention has good heat-generating and heat-preserving performance, with a temperature rise of more than 5℃ through light absorption and heat generation; at the same time, due to its hollow characteristics, it not only preserves heat but also has a certain lightweight effect.
