A low-shrinkage, alcohol-resistant PC/PBT alloy material and its preparation method

The invention relates to a low-shrinkage alcohol-resistant disinfectant PC/PBT alloy material and a preparation method thereof, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of PC resin; 15 to 25 parts of PBT resin; 2 to 5 parts of a toughening agent; 0.3 to 1.2 parts of an alcohol-resistant agent; 0.2 to 0.5 parts of a shrinkage regulator. The alcohol-resistant agent is octaphenylcyclotetrasiloxane, and the shrinkage regulator is isopropyl titanate. Weigh PC resin, PBT resin, toughening agent, alcohol-resistant agent and shrinkage regulator according to the formula, fully mix all components uniformly in a high-speed mixer, and then perform extrusion granulation by a twin-screw extruder to obtain the low-shrinkage alcohol-resistant disinfectant PC/PBT alloy material. The product has a shrinkage rate of 0.4 to 0.6%, which is much lower than that of traditional PC/PBT alloy materials. The preparation method of the invention adopts isopropyl titanate as the shrinkage regulator and utilizes the non-polarity of octaphenylcyclotetrasiloxane to reduce the shrinkage rate of the material.
