Belonging to the technical field of polyurethane polymer materials, the invention provides a medium-resistant polyurethane material and its preparation method. Silicone terminated with hydroxyl groups or containing hydroxyl groups in the main chain is adopted to enhance the chemical stability, hydrophobicity and oleophobicity of polyurethane. Layered inorganic substances and fluorinated polyether polyol are ground and dispersed in a grinding device, then homogenized with polymer polyol in a homogenizer, enabling high aspect-ratio layered inorganic fillers to disperse evenly in the pre-reaction system and form a barrier structure. The prepared fluorinated polyurethane is water-oil repellent, anti-fouling and high-barrier, and maintains excellent durability in acidic, alkaline and salt media. The mechanical property retention rate of the material after 6-month immersion in acid, alkali and salt solutions is higher than 97%. Furthermore, a two-stage twin-screw extruder is adopted, and optimized screw combination extends material residence time to ensure uniform mass transfer. It realizes continuous integrated production including polyurethane pre-polymerization, chain extension, extrusion and granulation, which simplifies the process and improves stable production efficiency.
