Natural rubber, silica, epoxidized liquid natural rubber, plasticizer, anti-aging agent and other components are added into the internal mixer in a certain proportion for mixing, and the mixture is conveyed into a third twin-screw extruder through a continuous conveying device to complete the ring-opening reaction between the epoxidized liquid natural rubber and the surface of silica; the materials are then conveyed into a fourth single-screw extruder to complete the cooling and sheet extrusion of the rubber compound.
