A method for preparing foaming materials based on EVA waste material de-crosslinking and recycling, as well as its manufacturing process and application

This invention discloses a method and application for preparing foaming materials based on the de-crosslinking and recycling of EVA waste. The materials are prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50-100 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), 0-50 parts of EVA waste, 1.5-5 parts of foaming agent, 0.3-3 parts of crosslinking agent, 3-10 parts of 2,2'-dithiodibenzoic acid, 5-20 parts of other additives, and an appropriate amount of solvent. In this invention, the three-dimensional crosslinked network of EVA waste is expanded through solvent expansion, and then 2,2'-dithiodibenzoic acid can penetrate uniformly into the three-dimensional network structure along with the solvent. Through high-temperature shearing using equipment such as a twin-screw extruder, 2,2'-dithiodibenzoic acid can generate sulfur radicals and combine with the active radicals generated during the destruction of the three-dimensional crosslinked network. The effective recycling and reuse of EVA waste not only has practical economic benefits but also has long-term environmental benefits.
