The present invention discloses a preparation method of hybrid meta-aramid. Fe₃O₄-NH₂ and functionalized carbon nanotubes are prepared, then the functionalized carbon nanotubes and Fe₃O₄-NH₂ are dissolved in a m-phenylenediamine solution, and isophthaloyl chloride is added for prepolymerization. Then, through the dispersion and shearing action of a twin-screw extruder, the contact sites for polymerization are increased, the reaction becomes more sufficient, the polymer chain grows, and the apparent viscosity rises. Further polycondensation is carried out to obtain meta-aramid resin, which is then subjected to extrusion, coagulation, plasticizing stretching, water washing, drum heating, high-temperature stretching, high-temperature setting, oiling and winding in sequence to obtain hybrid meta-aramid. The mechanical strength and tensile modulus of the hybrid meta-aramid prepared by the present invention are greatly improved, and the wave absorption performance of aramid paper prepared from the hybrid meta-aramid is enhanced.
