A Method for Preparing PLA-Based Filaments, and Their Applications

The present invention relates to the technical field of polymer materials, in particular to a preparation method and application of a PLA-based wire. The present invention obtains modified PLA by using polyethylene glycol, L-lactide, D-lactide and graphene oxide as raw materials, obtains modified PBS by using dimethyl 5-fluoroisophthalate, reacts an amino compound with phytic acid and nanocellulose to obtain an intermediate product, and reacts a hydroxyl compound with the intermediate product to introduce amino and epoxy groups to obtain a compatibilizer; after mixing materials, a PLA-based degradable material is obtained through a twin-screw extruder, then extruded through a single-screw extruder to obtain a PLA-based wire, and finally a sample is obtained through 3D printing. The PLA-based wire obtained by the present invention has a Vicat softening temperature of 211°C and good heat resistance; the ΔE value of the PLA-based wire after ultraviolet irradiation is 0.81; the elongation is between 151%–194%, the impact strength is 10.4–13.3 KJ/m², the flexural modulus is 271–322 MPa, and the mechanical properties are good; the compatibilizer improves the compatibility of modified PLA and modified PBS; the sample obtained by 3D printing of the wire has good mechanical properties.
