The method comprises material selection and preliminary mixing of flame retardants, adding modifier and mixing with polypropylene base material followed by extrusion molding, cooling the extruded material and cutting into pellets for later use, fully mixing and uniformly distributing plastic particles and sieving them, preparing sample strips from particle materials of different particle sizes for impact test, and final molding and testing of the plastic material. By introducing reinforcing agents and flame retardants and using a twin-screw extruder and other equipment, the plastic impeller prepared by the present invention has excellent physical and chemical properties. The selection of high-performance polypropylene, glass fiber and flame retardant materials improves the strength and flame retardancy of the material. Compared with traditional steel impellers, impellers produced from polymer materials such as polypropylene have lower production costs and less energy consumption in the production process, helping to reduce production costs and improve competitiveness.
