The novel PC material comprises the following components by mass percentage: 85% PC raw material, 6% AS raw material, 5% high rubber powder, and 4% additives. A processing method for the novel PC material comprises the following steps: (A) weighing the PC raw material, AS raw material, high rubber powder and additives; (B) stirring the PC raw material, AS raw material, high rubber powder and additives; (C) putting the stirred materials into a twin-screw extruder; (D) extruding from the twin-screw extruder and cooling into strands; (E) cutting into pellets and packaging. The novel PC material of the invention has significantly improved high-temperature resistance, which can reach 115‑118℃, with stable material size, flame retardancy of V‑0, bright black surface, and easy drying and injection molding.
