A method for preparing PLA/PBS composite materials modified with bio based additives, involving a method for preparing biodegradable materials. The method comprises the following preparation process: mixing dried PLA, PBS, nano fillers, bio based compatibilizers, and antioxidants evenly, and then adding them to a twin-screw extruder for melt blending. This method can generate strong intermolecular forces between PLA and PBS phases, resulting in composite materials with excellent mechanical, optical, thermal, and processing properties compared to PLA/PBS materials. The optimal impact strength of composite materials can reach 5965J/m2, which is 1.82 times that of PLA/PBS materials. The elongation at break can reach 303%, which is 2.52 times that of PLA/PBS materials, while the tensile strength remains at around 46MPa. At the same time, the light transmittance of the composite material remains above 90%, and the Vicat softening temperature is increased by 5.4 ℃. This process has strong operability, is easy to industrialize and produce on a large scale, and has broad application prospects.
