A Process for Manufacturing Anti-Dripping, Flame-Retardant Polyamide Composites

The invention discloses a manufacturing process of a drip-resistant flame-retardant polyamide composite material, belonging to the technical field of polyamide composite materials, and discloses a composite material manufacturing process for improving the dripping phenomenon of a polyamide 6-melamine cyanurate flame-retardant system by using auxiliary flame retardants and synergists. Specifically, pre-prepared polyamide 6, melamine cyanurate, auxiliary flame retardants and synergists are pretreated, then mixed in a high-speed mixer and extruded by a twin-screw extruder; thereafter, the material is pelletized to obtain a polyamide composite material with drip-resistant flame-retardant properties. The addition of auxiliary flame retardants and synergists effectively solves the melt dripping phenomenon of the polyamide 6 composite system during combustion, thus the invention solves the technical problem of easy melt dripping of existing polyamide 6 composite materials during combustion.
