A recycled PET alloy material usable as raw material for high-end packaging containers and its preparation method

The invention provides a recycled PET alloy material usable as a raw material for high-grade packaging containers and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of polymer materials. In the invention, 80~95wt% recycled PET, 1~20wt% modifier, 0~10wt% color masterbatch and 0.1~2wt% nucleating agent are preliminarily mixed uniformly in a high-speed mixer, and then added into a twin-screw extruder for further melt blending, with the extruder temperature of 150~290℃ and the screw speed of 20~100 rpm. The melt-blended recycled PET alloy is cooled, pelletized and dried to obtain the modified recycled PET material. Compared with existing materials, the recycled PET material provided by the invention has the advantages of achieving a relatively ideal balance between strength and toughness, easy demolding and excellent molding processability; low dosage of modifier and low material cost; packaging containers made of this material have comfortable touch and good user experience.
