The material comprises polyamide 6, glass fiber, ethylene-octene copolymer, toughening modifier, antioxidant and lubricant. Polyamide 6, glass fiber and ethylene-octene copolymer are first dried to constant weight in a vacuum drying oven; the dried materials are then added into a vertical high-speed mixer and blended uniformly; the blended mixture is fed into a twin-screw extruder, extruded, cooled in water for strand drawing and pelletizing; finally, the pelletized material is vacuum-dried to constant weight. By adding a difunctional compound toughening modifier containing both amino and terminal olefin groups, the present invention utilizes the amino groups to undergo amide amino exchange reaction with amide bonds on PA6, while the terminal carbon-carbon double bonds polymerize with polyolefin materials under catalyst initiation, achieving a bidirectional grafting effect.
