The present invention modifies a polyolefin material by cooperation of the resin matrix masterbatch, antistatic masterbatch, flame retardant, compatibilizer and foaming agent to prepare an antistatic and flame-retardant expandable polyolefin foam material with excellent antistatic and flame-retardant effects.
