This invention discloses a method for preparing antibacterial, creep-resistant, and highly adhesive ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fibers, and the resulting product. The method includes reacting UIO-66-NH2 with ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether to obtain intermediate product A; adding dopamine to intermediate product A to obtain product B; mixing UHMWPE powder with a solvent, stirring and mixing thoroughly, then extruding through a twin-screw extruder, followed by spinning through a metering pump and a spinneret, and cooling in a water bath to obtain gel fibers; placing the obtained gel fibers at room temperature, then sequentially placing them in mixed solution C, mixed solution D, and polar solution E to obtain surface-modified gel fibers; and finally, after allowing the modified gel fibers to stand at room temperature, performing extraction, drying, and multi-stage hot stretching to obtain surface-modified UHMWPE fibers. This invention obtains UHMWPE fibers with antibacterial and creep-resistant properties and improved surface adhesion by treating the gel fibers, followed by extraction, drying, and ultra-high stretching processes.
