Method for Preparing High-Performance Polyamide Fiber

The present invention relates to the technical field of polyamide fibers, and discloses a preparation method of high-performance polyamide fiber. The present invention prepares a high-performance polyamide fiber by adding polyamide fiber, epoxy phenolic resin, aminated carbon nanotubes and silicon-containing hyperbranched polymer into a twin-screw extruder for melt blending and extrusion, followed by injection molding with an injection molding machine. During melt blending, epoxy groups in the epoxy phenolic resin undergo ring-opening reactions with amino groups in the aminated carbon nanotubes and hydroxyl groups in the silicon-containing hyperbranched polymer, forming a stable crosslinked network among the three, which acts together on the polyamide fiber to improve its mechanical properties. Long chains in the silicon-containing hyperbranched polymer entangle with the polyamide fiber for tighter bonding and enhanced mechanical properties. Moreover, phenolic resin and carbon nanotubes themselves have good mechanical properties and flame retardancy.
