The additive storage tank is provided with a second feeding port, a second cleaning port, a second liquid discharge port, a second sewage discharge port, a second stirrer and a second liquid level meter, and the second feeding port is communicated with the first liquid discharge port. The twin-screw extruder is provided with a main feeding port and a middle connecting hole. The main feeding port is located at the front-end conveying section of the twin-screw extruder, and the middle connecting hole is located at the middle melting section of the twin-screw extruder and communicated with the second liquid discharge port. The present invention can ensure stable and smooth production of the hydrolysis-resistant polyester masterbatch when the total addition ratio of the hydrolysis-resistant agent is greater than 10%. The prepared hydrolysis-resistant polyester masterbatch has excellent hydrolysis resistance and white color, and also has the advantages of reducing volatilization loss of monomer hydrolysis-resistant agent, lowering production cost, reducing environmental pollution and strong operability, thus having broad application prospects.
