The present invention relates to a cold-resistant flame-retardant composite elastomer and its preparation method.

The composite elastomer comprises the following raw materials by weight percentage: 65-85% high-density polyethylene and 15-35% flame-retardant polyamide.

The preparation method involves feeding the raw materials into a twin-screw extruder configured with six temperature zones, followed by extrusion and pelletization to obtain the composite elastomer.

This invention addresses the poor heat resistance and flame retardancy of high-density polyethylene by incorporating flame-retardant polyamide.

The flame-retardant polyamide features a benzyl polyamide structure, a pentaerythritol cage phosphate ester structure, and a hyperbranched structure, thereby enhancing the heat resistance and flame retardancy of the resulting composite elastomer.
