The present invention discloses a high-dielectric poly(lactic acid) composite material for 3D printing and its preparation method, comprising: drying poly(lactic acid) to obtain dried poly(lactic acid); mixing the dried poly(lactic acid), toughening agent, modified filler, antioxidant, light stabilizer, and lubricant to obtain a premixed raw material; feeding the premixed raw material into a twin-screw extruder for extrusion and pelletization to obtain modified pellets; drying the modified pellets, then feeding them into a single-screw extruder to extrude the plastic melt; cooling, air-drying, measuring the filament diameter, drawing, and winding the plastic melt to obtain filament, which is the high-dielectric poly(lactic acid) composite material for 3D printing.
This invention employs high-speed dispersion, mixing, and extrusion techniques to achieve superior dispersion of modified fillers and additives within the polylactic acid system, forming a uniform structure.
The modified polylactic acid material exhibits uniform internal stress distribution and consistent cooling shrinkage during printing, demonstrating excellent molding stability along with enhanced toughness and tensile strength.
