The present invention relates to an anti-fog transparent PC material and its preparation method. The material comprises the following components by weight: PC resin 80–95 parts, PEG 0.5–2 parts, PC-PDMS 5–20 parts, compatibilizer 1–5 parts, and other additives 0.1–1 part. The preparation method specifically includes the following steps: (a) blending PC-PDMS, the compatibilizer, and PEG to perform a pre-reaction; (b) uniformly mixing the mixture obtained in step (a) with the other components, feeding it into a twin-screw extruder through the main feed port, and obtaining the anti-fog transparent PC material through melt extrusion and pelletization. Compared to existing technologies, the present invention exhibits superior transparency and anti-fogging properties while maintaining the high impact resistance of PC materials. It can be widely applied in components such as transparent washing machine doors and automotive interior/exterior rearview mirrors, offering broad application prospects.
