The present invention relates to the field of polymer material modification technology, specifically disclosing a lightweight elastic material comprising, by weight: SEBS 10-30 parts; mineral oil 20-50 parts; PP 5-20 parts; hollow glass microspheres 10-25 parts; coupling agent 0.5-2 parts; other additives 0-5 parts. SEBS, mineral oil, PP, coupling agent, surfactant, antioxidant, and light stabilizer are uniformly mixed in a high-speed mixer before feeding into a twin-screw extruder. The mixture is conveyed by the twin screws to the rear of the extruder, where hollow glass microspheres are added in equal proportion. The material is melted, extruded, cooled, and pelletized through the twin-screw extruder to produce the desired elastic material. This invention achieves material lightweighting by using hollow glass microspheres as filler.
