The present invention discloses a PC/PSU/PLA heat-resistant material and a preparation method thereof. The method adopts a two-step method: the first step: uniformly mixing polysulfone resin and a compatibilizer, feeding into a twin-screw extruder, extruding, strip-drawing and cooling to prepare a finished pellet, and grinding into 10–50 mesh powder; the second step: feeding polycarbonate resin, polylactic acid resin, toughening agent, antioxidant, lubricant and the prepared powder into a twin-screw extruder, fully fusing the materials under the shearing, blending and conveying of the screw, and finally extruding, strip-drawing and cooling to prepare a finished pellet. The present invention solves the disadvantage of poor compatibility between PSU material and PC and PLA materials, improves the heat resistance of PC/PLA alloy, retains the hardness of PLA material, and improves the scratch resistance of PC material.
