The present invention discloses a chlorinated polyethylene waterproof roll, belonging to the technical field of waterproof rolls. The preparation steps are as follows: mixing chlorinated polyethylene, styrene-butadiene rubber, titanium dioxide, modified montmorillonite and chlorinated paraffin in parts by weight, and feeding into an internal mixer to obtain a mixture; then feeding the mixture into a twin-screw extruder for melt extrusion, calendering and finishing, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the chlorinated polyethylene waterproof roll. The chlorinated polyethylene waterproof roll obtained in the present invention has excellent aging resistance, and the preparation method has the advantages of simple process and readily available raw materials.
