Under the action of external force, particles of the reinforcing phase are uniformly dispersed in the polyethylene matrix and in-situ fibrillated therein, increasing the orderliness of molecular chains, preparing in-situ fibers with micro-nano scale diameter and high aspect ratio, constructing phonon transmission paths, and uniformly dispersing microfibers in the polymer matrix to form continuous high thermal conductivity channels, thereby preparing a high thermal conductivity composite material, avoiding high interfacial thermal resistance and reduced mechanical properties caused by adding highly filled thermal conductive fillers. The prepared thermal conductive composite material is applied to the fields of microelectronics, electronic packaging, etc.
