A Method for Preparing Antibacterial Polypropylene Melt-Blown Non-Woven Fabrics

The present invention relates to a preparation method of polypropylene melt-blown non-woven fabric with antibacterial performance, belonging to the technical fields of air filter materials and photocatalytic antibacterial technology. The method comprises: 1) synthesizing ZIF-8 using zinc nitrate hexahydrate and 2-methylimidazole as raw materials, then performing thermal-oxygen sensitization treatment in an oxygen environment to obtain yellow powder T-ZIF-8, and finally modifying T-ZIF-8 with Ag; 2) preparing PP/Ag@T-ZIF-8 melt-blown masterbatch by extruding PP and Ag@T-ZIF-8 through a twin-screw extruder; 3) further preparing into a PP/Ag@T-ZIF-8 melt-blown fiber membrane through a melt-blowing process. The polypropylene melt-blown non-woven fabric with antibacterial performance prepared by the method of the present invention has uniform fiber diameter, filtration efficiency of 73.31%, pressure drop of 37.3 Pa, antibacterial rate of 99.99% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus with or without light irradiation, and air permeability of about 320 mm/s.
