The invention discloses antistatic and flame-retardant ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber and its preparation method. The raw materials in parts by weight: 40-55 parts of UHMWPE, 20-35 parts of high-density polyethylene, 1-5 parts of modified graphene, 1-1.2 parts of composite antioxidant, 1-5 parts of lubricant and 0.3-2 parts of compatibilizer. All raw materials are mixed and stirred evenly, then melt-spun in a twin-screw extruder and cooled in a water bath to obtain the target fiber. As a functional filler, modified graphene endows polyethylene fiber with outstanding antistatic and flame-retardant properties.
