The invention relates to the technical field of fresh-keeping boxes, and specifically provides a fresh-keeping box lid with low oil stain adhesion and a preparation method thereof, aiming to improve the oleophobicity and wear resistance of the fresh-keeping box lid. The method comprises melt-blending polypropylene and trifluoropropyltrimethoxysilane in a twin-screw extruder to prepare a compound, injection-molding the compound into a fresh-keeping box lid blank, and then subjecting the blank to low-temperature plasma treatment to obtain a fresh-keeping box lid with low oil stain adhesion. Preferably, trifluoropropyltrimethoxysilane can be modified with nano-silica to form oleophobic surface nanoparticles by reacting with hydroxyl groups on the surface of nano-silica. Results show that the modified fresh-keeping box lid exhibits excellent oleophobicity and wear resistance, especially maintaining a high oleophobic angle after friction, indicating good durability and anti-fouling effect. The method is simple and feasible for large-scale production.
