The PPO resin comprises: 20-30 parts of PPO resin with a number average molecular weight of 2000-4000, and 10-20 parts of PPO resin with a number average molecular weight of 40000-60000. The PPO composition is obtained by uniformly mixing the PPO resin, PS resin, flame retardant, ceramic powder, coupling agent, and antioxidant, then adding them to the main feed or side feed of a twin-screw extruder, and adding phenolic resin fibers to the main feed or side feed of the extruder, followed by melt extrusion granulation.
