The method includes: adding natural rubber compound and antioxidant to a mixer for plasticizing, transferring the plasticized natural rubber compound to a first twin-screw extruder, controlling the temperature of the first twin-screw extruder, breaking the molecular chains of the plasticized natural rubber compound, transferring it to a second twin-screw extruder, cooling under controlled temperature, and extruding to obtain liquid natural rubber. In the present invention, the natural rubber after plasticizing in the mixer is conveyed to the first twin-screw extruder, where the good heat transfer ability of the cylinder wall and screw core shaft, as well as the high shear effect of the screw, are utilized to break the molecular chains of natural rubber at low temperature. The rubber compound enters the second twin-screw extruder, where the good heat transfer effect of the co-rotating twin-screw device is also utilized to complete the cooling and conveying process of natural rubber, ultimately obtaining liquid natural rubber with a number average molecular weight (Mn) of 6000 to 25000 and a molecular weight distribution of 2 to 4.
