The present invention discloses a high‑performance conductive polylactic acid composite material with a complex orientation structure and a preparation method thereof. A conductive polylactic acid composite material with a complex orientation structure is prepared by adopting an “in‑situ nanofiber‑assisted orientation” and “weaving‑confined sheet forming” process. The preparation method comprises: injecting PLLA, PBS and CCNTs into a twin‑screw extruder for melt blending, cooling and shear pelletizing to obtain PLLA/PBS/CCNTs blended particles in which PBS/CCNTs are uniformly dispersed in the PLLA matrix at a nanoscale; then performing single‑screw extrusion and stretching flow field to obtain a highly oriented in‑situ nanofibrillated PLLA/PBS/CCNTs composite ribbon; and obtaining the high‑performance conductive polylactic acid composite material with a complex orientation structure through orientation weaving and hot pressing processes.
