The modified luminescent masterbatch A comprises, in parts by weight, 20–40 parts of luminescent powder, 0.01–0.03 parts of surface modifier for stirring and infiltration, 4–12 parts of compatibilizer, and 0.5–2 parts of dispersant. The luminescent particles of the present invention have excellent afterglow effect, are easy for overlay construction, have good adhesion, high strength and wear resistance, and controllable shape and size.
