This invention relates to a low-warpage glass fiber reinforced PC material, its preparation method, and its application. The PC material comprises the following components and their weight proportions: 33-80 parts of PC-PDMS resin; 10-20 parts of PCTG resin; 5-40 parts of chopped glass fiber; 4-6 parts of toughening agent; 1-3 parts of silane coupling agent; and 0.1-1 part of auxiliary agent. The preparation method involves mixing the chopped glass fiber and silane coupling agent thoroughly and setting aside for later use; the other components are mixed evenly in a mixing barrel and fed through the main feed port of a twin-screw extruder; the mixture of chopped glass fiber and silane coupling agent is fed through the side feed port of the extruder, and extrusion granulation is performed to obtain the said low-warpage glass fiber reinforced PC material. Compared to existing technologies, the material of this invention can reduce warpage of products caused by post-shrinkage, is cost-effective, and exhibits excellent physical properties. It can be widely used in plastic products with high dimensional requirements, such as home appliances and tablet computers.
