This invention discloses a high-temperature resistant and erosion-resistant SiC-ZrO2 gradient structure ceramic, its preparation method, and application, belonging to the field of ceramic material technology. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing a material system consisting of silicon carbide, zirconia, and a binder, then plasticizing and granulating through a twin-screw extruder, and subsequently drawing through a single-screw extruder to obtain composite filaments; printing the composite filaments using an FDM-3D printing device to produce a gradient structure ceramic green body; after low-temperature degreasing of the gradient structure ceramic green body in an acetone bath, transferring it to a high-temperature atmosphere for further degreasing; and then subjecting the degreased gradient structure ceramic green body to high-temperature calcination treatment to obtain a high-temperature resistant and erosion-resistant SiC-ZrO2 gradient structure ceramic. The SiC-ZrO2 gradient structure ceramic prepared by the method of this invention exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance and erosion-resistance properties.
