The present invention discloses a scratch-resistant isosorbide-type polycarbonate material and its preparation method. The method employs a phenolic-based dual-active site ionic liquid catalyst, using dimethyl carbonate (DMC) and isosorbide (ISB) as raw materials, and 1,4-p-xylylene glycol (PDM) as a copolyol monomer to synthesize copolymerized modified isosorbide-type polycarbonate through transesterification and melt polycondensation. The copolymerized modified isosorbide-type polycarbonate is then mixed with nano-NbSe2 in a mass ratio of 1: (0.3-0.5) and extruded in a twin-screw extruder to produce a scratch-resistant isosorbide-type polycarbonate material. This material effectively enhances the scratch resistance of polycarbonate materials, and the production process is simple with low production costs, thus presenting considerable application prospects.
