The present invention belongs to the field of new chemical materials, in particular to a method for continuously preparing low-volatile crosslinked polyphenylene sulfide pellets. The specific steps comprise resin drying, screw melt devolatilization, melt conveying, thermal-oxidative crosslinking reaction, screw extrusion and granulation. The method adopts a twin-screw extruder to melt and devolatilize dried polyphenylene sulfide resin, uses a gear pump to convey the melt to a thermal-oxidative crosslinking reactor, where the melt flows in a film shape, and purified air is introduced. The melt is discharged from the bottom of the reactor, conveyed to a pelletizing screw extruder via a melt pump, and extruded into pellets. It features simple process, high reaction efficiency, easy process control, low ash content, stable product properties and continuous operation.
