A Shock-Absorbing and Damping Foamed Material with Low Glass Transition Temperature, and Its Preparation Method

The present invention discloses a preparation method of a shock-absorbing foam material with low glass transition temperature, comprising: Step 1, preparing modified pellets: mixing EVA, plasticizer and polyborosiloxane in a high-speed mixer at 70℃ for 30 min, then extruding and pelletizing by a twin-screw extruder; Step 2, preparing foam material: weighing modified pellets and thermoplastic elastomer, melt-blending in an open mill at 100℃–120℃, then adding foaming agent, crosslinking agent, active agent, internal lubricant, external lubricant and active filler, mixing into triangular packages and sheeting to obtain a blend, and finally performing compression molding foaming to obtain the foam material. The prepared foam material can maintain the mobility of polymer chain segments in low-temperature environments as at room temperature, showing a small change in hardness and rebound rate macroscopically, and has excellent shock absorption performance at both normal and low temperatures. In addition, the foam material has the advantages of light weight, low thermal shrinkage and compression set, and excellent tear strength.
