The invention discloses a preparation method of a blister tray, which comprises the following steps: putting glass fiber into an ethanol aqueous solution for ultrasonic treatment, filtration and air drying to obtain glass fiber with a clean surface; adding aluminum isopropoxide, dimethyldichlorosilane and ethyl cellulose into benzene to form a homogeneous solution, then putting the glass fiber with a clean surface into the homogeneous solution, stirring uniformly, filtering and air drying to obtain coated glass fiber; spraying distilled water on the surface of the glass fiber and performing constant temperature sintering for 1-2 h to obtain surface-modified glass fiber; adding raw materials into a mixer in proportion and stirring uniformly at a constant temperature to obtain mixed dry material; putting the mixed dry material into a twin-screw extruder for melt extrusion, forming by a blister machine, and cutting to obtain the blister tray.
