The novel PA material comprises the following components in mass percentage: 87% of PA66 resin, 10% of glass fiber and 3% of a stabilizer. The processing method of the novel PA material comprises the following steps: (A) weighing PA66 resin, glass fiber and a stabilizer; (B) putting the PA66 resin, glass fiber and stabilizer into a mixer for sufficient stirring; (C) putting the stirred material into a twin-screw extruder; (D) extruding from the die head of the twin-screw extruder and cooling into strands; (E) cutting into particles for later use. The novel PA material of the invention has significantly improved shrinkage performance, stable dimensionality, easy injection molding, and the processing method is simple and easy to operate.
