The present invention discloses a method for preparing plastic structural aggregate by thermoplastic curing of electrolytic manganese slag with mixed plastics. The method comprises: preparing mixed plastic powder from mixed plastics in light materials on the sieve of residual waste through friction dry cleaning, coarse crushing and grinding; uniformly spraying lubricant and heat stabilizer on the mixed plastic powder and electrolytic manganese slag, and fully mixing uniformly by high-speed mixing equipment; feeding the above mixture into a twin-screw extruder for thermoplastic curing of electrolytic manganese slag to obtain the plastic structural aggregate. The present invention utilizes mixed plastics remaining from sorting of light materials of residual waste and electrolytic manganese slag mixed in a certain proportion to achieve stabilization of electrolytic manganese slag through plastic curing and produce plastic structural aggregate, which not only effectively reduces the treatment cost of electrolytic manganese slag, but also realizes the resource utilization of waste plastics.
