A Method for Preparing Polyamide Materials for Large Aircraft Tires

The present invention falls within the technical field of polyamide materials and discloses a preparation method of polyamide materials for large aircraft tires. Modified polyurethane, modified polyamide, thiol phosphate ester, silicone rubber and polyamide fiber are added into a twin-screw extruder for melt extrusion to obtain the target polyamide material. The material forms a synergistic flame-retardant system containing P, S, N and Si elements. During melt extrusion, double bonds in thiol phosphate ester undergo addition reaction with silicone rubber, and terminal chlorine groups of modified polyamide react with silicone rubber via substitution reaction, forming a crosslinked network among the three components. This improves interfacial compatibility and endows the polyamide material with outstanding mechanical properties, while silicone rubber itself possesses excellent mechanical strength.
