The present invention relates to the field of special engineering plastics, in particular to a method for optimizing the performance of recycled flame-retardant high-temperature nylon. The method comprises proportioning components by weight: 70~90 parts of modified recycled high-temperature nylon, 10~20 parts of virgin high-temperature nylon resin, 3~10 parts of halogen-free flame retardant, 5~15 parts of glass fiber, and 0.5~3 parts of processing aid. The modified recycled high-temperature nylon is uniformly mixed with virgin resin and processing aids to form a compound material, which is then blended proportionally with glass fiber and halogen-free flame retardant, fed into a twin-screw extruder for melt blending, extrusion and granulation. By adding virgin resin with appropriate types and ratios together with flame retardants, the recycled modified high-temperature nylon maintains original mechanical properties, and achieves high fluidity, flame retardancy and high temperature resistance, which can be reused in electronic and electrical fields such as thin-walled SMT connectors and mobile phone camera modules.
