This invention relates to a method for preparing a polypropylene composite, comprising the following steps: 1) Pre-mixing polypropylene, wear-resistant fibers, high-temperature resistant fibers, impact-resistant fibers, and fillers in a high-speed mixer; 2) After mixing, adding a heat stabilizer, compatibilizer, antioxidant, nucleating agent, wear-resistant agent, scratch-resistant agent, and toughening agent to the pre-mixture from step 1); 3) Feeding the mixture from step 2) into a twin-screw extruder for melt mixing and dispersion; 4) Extruding and granulating the melt-mixed and dispersed material, followed by cooling, to obtain the polypropylene composite. The high-temperature resistant fibers used in this method can withstand temperatures of 1500-3000°C, maintaining their original physical and mechanical properties. They do not soften at high temperatures and retain their general mechanical properties. The wear-resistant fibers used have high surface hardness, high tensile elastic recovery rate, and high tensile fracture work ratio and recovery work coefficient, resulting in good wear resistance.
