The invention provides a preparation method of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) nanofibers. Firstly, UHMWPE powder is pre-swollen with liquid paraffin at a mass ratio of 2:8. The swollen UHMWPE gel, nucleating agent and CAB are melt-blended in a twin-screw extruder. In-line crystal regulation of UHMWPE and the stretching/extrusion effect of CAB blending realize drawing and refinement of UHMWPE during extrusion. Acetone is then used to extract the CAB phase and liquid paraffin to obtain UHMWPE nanofibers, realizing mass production of nanofibers with a diameter below 300 nm. This method combines sea-island spinning with crystal structure regulation to achieve large-scale preparation of UHMWPE nanofibers. Flexible size control is realized by adjusting component ratios and process parameters, satisfying customized production requirements and solving the bottlenecks of difficult processing and single product specification of traditional UHMWPE nanofibers.
