The steps are as follows: S1, preparing a prepolymer by esterification or amidation; S2, adding a chain extender, a catalyst and 0–50 wt% of DOPO into the prepolymer; S3, sequentially adding PVC resin, mixture A, heat stabilizer, lubricant and processing aid into a high-speed kneader; S4, heating a two-roll open mill to 80℃–110℃, adding nitrile rubber and vulcanizing agent and mixing uniformly; S5, feeding into the screws of a twin-screw extruder through a feeding and pouring system to obtain the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer product. Unsaturated polyether polyol is used to replace saturated polyether polyol in traditional processes, allowing DOPO to undergo addition reaction with unsaturated bonds after addition, avoiding the impact of flame retardant particles on the mechanical properties of the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer.
