The modified low-temperature hot melt adhesive comprises a low-temperature hot melt adhesive and slow-release lubricating microspheres accounting for 2~10% of the total weight of the low-temperature hot melt adhesive; the toe puff is made of the modified low-temperature hot melt adhesive.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing TPU hot melt adhesive resin, PETG, a compatibilizer and slow-release lubricating microspheres in proportion, putting into the feeding port of a twin-screw extruder, performing melt extrusion to output a sheet, cooling and shaping the sheet, and trimming and cutting to obtain the toe puff.
Based on the slow-release lubricating microspheres, the invention realizes the reinforcement of a small amount of molecular chain breakage through the action of physical cross-linking points of the microspheres even when the material ages and molecular chains break, improving the service performance; the lubricant seeps out slowly and in a small amount during use, playing a role in lubricating molecular chains and reducing the stress between molecular chains, effectively slowing down the breakage speed of molecular chains, keeping the breakage coefficient at a low level, and improving the performance of the toe puff not easy to slip off the heel.
