The present invention provides a PC/PMMA alloy, which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50–80 parts of polycarbonate (PC), 10–30 parts of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), 10–20 parts of St/MAH-g-MMA graft copolymer, 0.2–0.5 parts of antioxidant, 0.2–0.5 parts of crosslinking agent and 0.2–0.4 parts of light stabilizer. Meanwhile, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the PC/PMMA alloy, which comprises: placing PC, PMMA and St/MAH-g-MMA graft copolymer in a container, stirring and mixing uniformly; then adding the antioxidant, crosslinking agent and light stabilizer, continuing to stir uniformly to obtain a mixture; finally feeding the mixture into the feeding port of a twin-screw extruder, extruding, cooling, drawing and pelletizing to obtain PC/PMMA alloy particles. The PC/PMMA alloy prepared by the present invention has the characteristics of low specific gravity, high impact resistance and high surface hardness, and is suitable for use as the box body material of trolley cases.
