The present invention relates to the field of elastomer materials, and discloses a preparation method of a high-temperature resistant TPE thermoplastic elastomer material. In the present invention, hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer SEBS, polypropylene, alkyl naphthalene polystyrene-grafted graphene and antioxidant are blended and melt-extruded in a twin-screw extruder for pelletizing to obtain the high-temperature resistant TPE thermoplastic elastomer material. Polystyrene molecular chains containing long alkyl chains and naphthalene ring structures are introduced onto the graphene surface, enabling better dispersion of graphene in the elastomer material composed of SEBS and polypropylene, significantly improving the tensile strength, elongation at break, hardness and thermal decomposition temperature of the material, and presenting excellent mechanical properties and high-temperature resistance.
