A feeding assembly is positioned between the mixing hopper and the feed inlet of the twin-screw extruder body. The present invention employs an electronic crane scale for tare weighing and metering of raw materials. Upon completion of metering, discharge from the symmetrical hoppers commences simultaneously with the start of mixing. Compression of the curved track also drives the conical sealing disc upward to facilitate discharge, thereby achieving intermittent discharge during mixing. This prevents stratification caused by single-batch material pouring.
