This wall decoration foam material is prepared by extruding a PMMA resin composition through a twin-screw extruder. Based on the weight of the PMMA resin, the PMMA resin composition comprises the following raw material components by weight: 25 parts PMMA resin, 30 to 75 parts inorganic filler, 0.5 to 3.0 parts stabilizer, 0.5 to 2.0 parts lubricant, 0.5 to 2.0 parts foaming agent, 5 to 15 parts foaming regulator, 2 to 10 parts toughening modifier, and optional additional fillers. The wall decoration foamed material obtained from this invention exhibits low density and high hardness while maintaining a low dimensional change rate.
