The present invention discloses a halogen-free flame-retardant reinforced nylon material, its preparation method, and applications. The raw materials for said halogen-free flame-retardant reinforced nylon material comprise the following components: nylon, glass fiber, aluminum diethyl phosphonate, synergistic flame retardant, antioxidant, and lubricant. The synergistic flame retardant includes a mixture of phosphorus-nitrogen modified silane and silicomagnesium. The halogen-free flame-retardant reinforced nylon material of the present invention is prepared via a twin-screw extruder. The halogen-free flame-retardant reinforced nylon material provided herein, based on phosphorus, nitrogen, silicon, and magnesium synergism, employs aluminum diethyl phosphonite as the flame retardant. and employs phosphorous-nitrogen modified silane and silicomagnesium oxide as synergistic flame retardants to replace conventional agents like MPP or zinc borate. This results in halogen-free flame-retardant reinforced nylon materials exhibiting outstanding mechanical properties, flame retardancy, and processability, along with excellent temperature resistance during processing and minimal mold fouling.
